Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love what you've ordered. If you're not completely happy, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at erin@thehappymoodclub.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
